Pros

Medical benefits, good airplane maintenance

Cons

Low pay, lots of dumb rules that say "don't do this" rather than training to correct issues.

Pros

Great benefits including a tuition exchange program, dental, and company retirement contributions. Plenty of Autonomy to solve problems at the lowest level.

Cons

No clear path for advancement. No official feedback on job performance what-so-ever. Extremely, extremely, extremely poor communication from upper management on their expectations and goals.

Pros

This position allowed for flexible hours that worked around class schedule and provided for an upbeat and comfortable work environment.

Cons

The pay for the duties performed was lower than I would have liked. There's not much else I would consider a con.
