      Early Fridays Flexibility in work schedule Knowledgeable coworkers

      Cons

      Management out of touch with employee morale Everyone is overloaded with work, but also underpaid Mediocre health benefits No 401k match since pandemic Vacation benefit is “unlimited” but that just makes it so people don’t take as much and are not paid out on it

      Good compensation, Some effort being made to improve benefits offerings (including healthcare plan)

      Cons

      Lacking training, every person for themselves attitude, although there is a flexible vacation policy, there are no accommodations made in order to make this possible, technological systems are outdated, management intentionally does not advocate for their employees in order to increase their chances of getting ahead, poor work-life balance, feedback to management and upper management is not acted upon, fear of punishment or rebuke for making mistakes when in reality, there is no proper training or support along the way. I feel like I was set up to fail.

      Nice employees, experts in their field Decent benefits Start-up culture means lots of room to make recommendations for improvement

      Cons

      My workload was insane. Not enough staff for the pressures of going public. "Unlimited vacation" was a joke. I took far less time off under this plan. Very unstable environment
