Pros

Needs to take several hours to get the answer…

Cons

If every team member is not happy with working with a manager but he is still here, enjoys yelling at people all the time, then it's the company issue. Escalation doesn't work here, cuz people don't care. In my current team, everyday s daily meeting was"no you are not listening; you dont understand what i m saying; it doesn't make sense; i require you to report your progres every 2 hours"...

Has potential to be great; but was greatly disappointed instead.

Pros

Depending on your team/department, incredible people - kind, smart, great work ethic, fun, good mentors, adequate training. Unlimited PTO. Get to keep your airline miles. Employer pays for cell phone. Summer hours (Friday off at 3:00pm local time) between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Domestic travel. Getting hotel points is rare and minimal, but not impossible. No drug test in hiring process.

Cons

Favoritism is rampant. Grossly underpaid. Compensation is not competitive whatsoever. Stagnant starting salaries for at least a decade. Annual cost of living adjustment (disguised as a merit increase) was roughly 3%, rare to receive a 4% or 5%, and that's it. Without a promotion, there will be no significant increase. Back when they were matching 401k, it was only 50% of up to 6%. Fully vested after 3 years. Depending on your department, no training - trial by fire. Little to no opportunities for growth and advancement. Someone either needs to leave or ... if you want to move up. Too many lifers. Why? Loyalty wasn't even rewarded. Also, think about what it means when an individual stays at a company for 20+ years. I'll say it again, Favoritism is rampant. Readers, think about what that implies.

Pros

Many remote positions even prior to Covid. Unlimited vacation which meant nothing during Covid.

Cons

No communications at all -- between brands, leadership, employees. No collaboration between brands. Uncertain and inexperienced leadership. People in leadership positions who shouldn't be. Use EXTREMELY antiquated applications, software and tools. Have an agreement with a registration tool which is decades behind the times. Hurts all brands. Pay is not competitive. Absolutely no training for these antiquated systems.
