The Upper Management does not communicate well. They hire Show Directors with poor management and sales skills. Emerald X has hired Show Directors that have failed managing past shows and have a track record of making events smaller. Emerald X hired Show Directors in 2019 that have made events smaller and have lack of booth sales which has caused a decrease in revenue for Emerald X.
