      Pros

      Entrepreneurial work environment. Most managers macro-manage and reply on their employees. Business casual. Lax hours- most people arrive late and run out of the door at 5p.

      Cons

      The company is named after a color. High employee churn. Weak leadership. Lack of infrastructure for innovation. No career pathing or long-term career opportunities. Poor training and onboarding. Below industry compensation with meager annual increases. Most people do not get their comp plans or goals until halfway through the year.

      Pros

      Lots of job openings due to exodus of staff. Some of the remaining employees are genuine and helpful. Sanctuary Parkway building complex is fairly nice and safe. Close to GA 400.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Most employees unhelpful and not willing to share knowledge. New hires start from scratch and must learn how the basics work on their own. Cut throat and unprofessional environment. Upper Management could use a course in ethics, morale building, and worker retention. Rarely promotes from within <5%. Currently there is an exodus of staff moving for better opportunities and higher pay as the workload has become unsustainable since funding is down and resources are lacking. Company is not truthful to the employees. Lack of recognition for work well done. Your position will be temporary and eat up free time.

      Pros

      A lazy person could get paid like a lower level sales rep doing customer service work.

      Cons

      Upper management is unwilling to sacrifice a dollar to grow their exposition business. It's all about this show cycle with no vision for the future. Employees and customers shall be sacrificed for even the smallest of revenue gains.
