      Pros

      Growing pretty fast due to acquisitions. Trade shows are exciting and you get to meet lots of new people!!

      Cons

      Very segregated duties, lack of team work. Going through too many changes at this time- processes change too quickly without having all the answers on who is taking over certain duties.

      Weak leadership, no care about keeping up with technology. Don't expect a lot of training.
