      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. All have good ideas.

      Cons

      Upper management is forgetting about the bigger picture and that is the client. More concerned about profit margins and bottom line.

      Decent salary, a lot of autonomy initially.

      Cons

      Terrible ego-maniacs as bosses who will just rag on you no matter what you do. They love nothing more than calling you out on anything you do wrong and will not lend a hand but rather call you out to all your peers to make themselves look better. Noone believes in the leaders of the trade publications here and they know that the overall company doesn't seem to care for the publishings anyway so they treat their sales staff atrociously.
