Pros

Unlimited vacation. Decent compensation. Remote work opportunities.

Cons

No onboarding or training at all. Layoffs and restructuring are frequent. The company has no identity and does whatever to please the investors. It's all about the bottom line with no regard for employees or even customers.

Everything is great until it’s terrible

Pros

Unlimited time off, work from home days, nice office, great co-workers

Cons

Constant change, firings for no reason, management doesn’t listen and lies to employees, short term thinking and no focus on the client. Zero training, everyone for themselves mentality, workers pitted against each other with the idea it increases our productivity when instead it kills all morale. Constant fear of punishment for no reason. Never paid correctly or in time for commission.

Pros

Unlimited PTO was nice, but that's about it

Cons

This place was all around awful. Upper management had to consistently tell us we weren't being fired because they were laying off people left and right, when in reality they ended up laying off entire offices after promising they wouldn't. Team managers were EXTREME micro-managers, paying attention to the exact time we got into the office so we wouldn't leave a minute early (there are no set hours here, you just need to work 8 hours a day). My boss was remote and still managed to do this, on top of promising to let us wfh when necessary, but consistently saying no when asked. Also denying PTO even though it was an unlimited plan. To be honest, I don't think they know what they are doing over there. Hopefully they figure it out because although I loved my job, the culture and people I worked with were downright terrible.
