This place was all around awful. Upper management had to consistently tell us we weren't being fired because they were laying off people left and right, when in reality they ended up laying off entire offices after promising they wouldn't. Team managers were EXTREME micro-managers, paying attention to the exact time we got into the office so we wouldn't leave a minute early (there are no set hours here, you just need to work 8 hours a day). My boss was remote and still managed to do this, on top of promising to let us wfh when necessary, but consistently saying no when asked. Also denying PTO even though it was an unlimited plan.
To be honest, I don't think they know what they are doing over there. Hopefully they figure it out because although I loved my job, the culture and people I worked with were downright terrible.
