Pros

High pay for very light work levels and ample time off/benefits Some expense paid traveling Close knit team, including some special team members.

Cons

Sleazy sales tactics that puts the car salesman stereotype to shame (asymmetric information, flat out lying, etc.). Incredibly high turnover in clients (no real effort by others to retain business, disregards customer loyalty) and employees (I had three different supervisors over four months). Close knit team (if you do not fit then you will be somewhat ostracized or left out). Wasted resources and opportunity from unmotivated leadership.

Pros

The people there are great! Most everyone are simply good people and are easy to get along with. If you are newly graduated and need some experience, this is the place! Nothing like learning with your feet to the fire. You will definitely leave knowing way more than going in if you put in your time. ** Word of advice going in - You're going to be incredibly low-balled during the negotiation process and you're not going to get a raise in the entire time your there ( that is if you're not going as a management). You'll get an annual merit raise of 2-3%. Negotiate your entrance salary as best as you can because that's pretty much what it will ever be. If you put in your 2 years, learn as much as you can, you'll get the major bonus elsewhere.

Cons

Most of the management have egos. There is no structure or processes to anything and not interested in putting one in place which creates a lot of confusion and inefficiency for the employees in support positions. There is no internal promotion on the support level, but management hands out promotions all the time no matter how well or not so well they've actually done. You'll be expected to do things outside of your job description, usually jobs your coordinator should be doing but simply doesn't want to do - so it's up to you, whether or not you know what your doing and if it's not done correctly, you WILL get chewed out for it.

Pros

Great people and the best office culture I have worked in! People are hard working, smart with a team work attitude and friendly and fun.

Cons

This is a company, at least IT, that moves very fast. For me this was a PRO not a CON, but might not be suited for everyone. Note all ratings are based on MY division and MY personal situation only. IT is a small group and I have a lot of experience, so there was no real position for me to move up to. For other areas of the company, or lower level positions, there seems to be better pay and opportunities for movement.
