Flexibility in working hours; allows work from home where possible; balance work and life; nice and convenient office location; short commute to work.

Cons

Seat of the pants management style; No standard HR policies; Roles and expectations are not well established; information sharing is irregular; lack of transparency; Admin is inept and inefficient; no employee development program.

Pros

if you are self motivated, you may survive a while based on your internal connections

Cons

there is great churn in always over-loaded upper management, things looked positive for a while and downgrade again. lack of transparency and ad-hoc communications. people in power mostly abuse it without streamlined comunications. some senior people are very impolite and seem to be doing a favor just talking to employees.
