Was very good in beginning and gratualy detoriating, too many managers on floor and nobody works....

Top Management has few legends, unfortunaely they are covered or ignored by C Level executives who screw up entire operations / business...

Cons

Too much conflicts, no training, no employee welfare, no motivation, surprisingly entire management watching it with cool.
