Nothing i would say. There may be, which have been totally consumed or covered with the cons

1. Lots of negativity 2. No personal space 3. Should sacrifice your family for the work 4. No proper timings ( You need to work for more than 15 hrs a day, and it might also get extended) 5. Lot of internal politics (worse to its peak) 6. The management doesn't care your concerns, instead they promise to show you hell with much more of those 7. There are few ppl who think only they know everything in the world and stamp upon others ideas 8. They would never allow you to speak up, but still ask you to speak up
