Some managers do not know how to handle resource people's career path, they just place them whichever role is urgently needed. Good company for fresh grads but career growth is very slow.

-Starting pay is good -benefits are good (15VL 30SL, HMO, mid year bonus, transpo allowance, clothing allowance, meal allowance, night shift transpo allowance, perfect attendance allowance) -work environment is not toxic -not much overtime, healthy work-life balance is promoted -workload is light

Cons

-not much room for career growth, tasks are repetitive -not all tasks aligns with role
