      Pros

      Great organization if you're lucky enough to be on an account with smart leaders. HR is strict but it makes sense.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy, very slow in increasing salary. Training for personal development is very minimum.

      TheEmerson name looks good on your resume.

      Cons

      This Co is a sinking ship with good reason, The mismanagement from above is nothing short of jaw dropping, The place operates on fear - hanging over emplolyees heads they are "easily replaceable". The yearly layoffs at Christmas time are especailly heart warming. The favoritism at the upper managemnt level runs rampant and is ignored. CEO claims the Co. maybe for sale by year end which would be a good thing except no one would ever buy such a poorly run division.
