Health Benefits are horrible. Scheduling has also gotten bad since transition to our new "system". We no longer have control over our own schedule. Vehicles are tracked via Telematics system. This company has spent a lot of money in the past several years on systems that are not needed. Constantly bringing work home. Always get called for someone requesting work after hours or weekends. That's expected with this line of work, but it never stops. Very difficult to balance work with family, as they believe we should be available 24/7.
