- cool coworkers - looks great on a resume! get those 2-3 years and GO!! - SOME managers are nice. ratio bout 1:30 though.

Cons

- multiple race-related incidents swept under the rug - terrible managers whose positions only existed when they became friends with the right people. - extreme favoritism, affects who can get overtime or days off. - you're doing EVERYONE's job, so add it to your resume. - they WILL overwork you. you will be sent to all kinds of places well out of scope and training provided but they still won't let you do anything in regards to promotional opportunities because "that's outside of your scope" - don't expect to be able to sit down. ever. even when it's your break but you're in the nurse's stations

It's no purpose of doing surveys to see how the employees feel if they aren't going to listen. There are too many changes (not for the better) and it's just disappointing to see what the organization has become.

Great place to learn and grow as a new nurse. Lots of resources. Incredible health insurance. Great New Grad Nurse Residency

Cons

No retention. Pays the least in the whole Atlanta area. Higher Ups have said they will increase RN pay for awhile and haven't while other hospitals have
