      Working remotely, has good benefits

      Cons

      High volume calls training consist of 5 days review and then you’re on your own, micromanaging on ten! Your holiday pay is paid through your own pto, sick, vacation etc comes out of your own pto, over worked and under paid

      Mostly the benefits but that’s pretty much it

      Cons

      if you want to be burnt out. Doing patient after patient being on your feet for 10 hours straight then this is the place for you. Management was HORRIBLE. Favoritism was showed often. Medical assistants are expected to do the LPN work because the LPNs knew next to nothing
