      Pros

      Wonderful coverage and healthcare. Get to work with great teams, and you always have the Emory name behind you which can be helpful.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth. They do not pay competitively nor adjust for cost of living. There is no such thing as a "raise".

      Pros

      I love helping people on the phone, coordinating an appointment for them, giving them advice, personal or professional and sometimes they even give me advice. I like talking to the senior citizens making them feel better after just talking to them, sometimes that's all they want.

      Cons

      I wish there was more shifts available to accommodate for work schedules. I also wish that quality control dept look more into the quality of the calls and how much we put into the calls & not always stick to the script of yes or no questions.
