      Great Benefits lots of opportunities to grow and learn

      Cons

      Not really good pay and out of that 26 days of PTO they take out for legal holidays 8 they actually observe so really you get 18 PTO days.

      Middle and upper management is a culture of out of touch, controlling, and manipulative good ole boys/girlsl. Most have been here for so long they think they are entitled and own Emory. They also think they can treat people any way they choose. They have a Pledge but no one follows because there is no accountability. I had always wanted to work at Emory when I first moved to Atlanta and finally got a job. But it takes years to comprehend and see the layers of corruption. I would NEVER choose to be as devoted and loyal employee again to the narcissistic manager that I had who needed to retire and wasn't even her half the time! Advice: Don't make the same mistake I have made here!
