      Pros

      Hospital has a great reputation. Good place to work.

      Cons

      Some departments/shifts are good working environments. Others are cliquey, oppressive, and miserable. It's the luck of the draw.

      Does not Care About Employees or Patients

      Pros

      Benefits, Good Insurance, dental.

      Cons

      The company has terrible communications. No one talks to each other, patients are often frustrated at no response from doctors, nurses, or even management. HR does not care about employees. PTO is bundled with bereavement, Holidays, sick days, and more. If there are any concerns about your workload or needs, do not expect an answer from HR. Constant miscommunications, passive-aggressive emails, or worse still, no response at all. Look at the facts, frequently changing CEOs and upper management leads to poor company culture and a worse environment to work for.

      Great learning position

      Pros

      I’ve learned so much about professionalism, event planning, recruiting, and working with high profile executives in this position. There is also a flexibility to build your own day, which I love.

      Cons

      Not sure what opportunity is next. Just looking for the next step up and I’m not sure if there is one after this position.
