Not a supportive environment for nurses. My experience was that you were there to further the research for the physicians primarily, the hospital's reputation and the patient's in third. I didn't see any efforts to improve the nurse's work environment, promote a sense of community among the nurses, or ownership or dedication among the nurses to their units, field or the hospital itself.

Have no issues. Sometimes its hard for people to cover your schedule but that is about all. Not sure what else to add.
