      Pros

      Great company, great healthcare, great people to work with, works hand in hand with university so you get to see different perspectives, people tend to stay with the company for a long period of time

      Cons

      Low pay, benefits are minimal, training is at bare minimal, there are no real opportunities for advancement at a promotion type level

      I was able to work in a lot of different areas and the people are fairly nice.

      Cons

      People are sometimes unorganized and seem like they don't know what they are doing. You have to figure out everything almost on your own.

      I loved everything about this company. Its the BEST hands down. Plenty of educational opportunities. Pay is great even as a dietary aide. Co workers are awesome. Everyone is happy. Pleasant environment.

      I have nothing bad to say about this company. Im said I had to leave. But I will always hold my memories there dear.
