      There were not any pros to working at this company

      Cons

      Not a well run or organized company. Decisions were made that wasted a lot of time and money by senior leaders. My boss spent her time playing games with people and the project. Very frustrating place to work.

      Pros

      The benefits and company reputation are great. The facilities are acceptable. The best thing about Emory is having the name on your resume when you leave.

      Cons

      Worst company I have ever worked for, and that is saying a lot. Favoritism, bullying, inflexible work hours, overwhelming workloads and a lack of perception in leadership. Pay is well below industry averages and promotions are given to those who throw others under the bus. Have an idea to improve processes? Keep it to yourself or it will be used against you. The technology is archaic. The financial services group have upgraded very well, but integration for other support staff is terrible increasing the workload. Avoid at all costs and don't believe the "best places to work" ratings. Don't plan on a life outside of work as you will have to work weekends to stay afloat. I would never come here for medical services knowing how poorly leadership treats their employees.
