      some employees can be to gossipy and back stabbing. That's in their nature, not the company.

      The reputation of Emory speaks for itself. While it is a non-profit academic medical center, it is a place to grow your career. Work-life balance is a priority and respected. Great learning opportunities and strong management.

      Cons

      Being non-profit, the pay is not as high as other industries. The benefits are good, the people and management are great.

      Good place to gain hospital experience

      Worked there as a volunteer. Worked on the ICU floor which was 5th i think. I was working with the nurses and patients. Followed orders, called the surgery department, assisted the patients family members. preparing for a childs education, or for their retirement years. Management opportunities are available for qualified representatives.
