Pros
University setting with lots of very interesting professors and students to work with. I loved the interdisciplinary feel of the departments which means you encounter very open thinkers.
Cons
Sometime you have to deal with big egos and students who feel entitled. Can be a difficult place to work if you have a family but they are getting better.
