Pros

Amazing people supported! Learned a lot of useful marketing techniques, strategies, and tools Great HR team!

Cons

Honestly there are no cons because even through ups and downs in the company, as with any company, I wouldn't have traded the experience I gained for anything. Jennifer is a great President and I know she does her best to build a great team in the office. I would say open communication is key. If you have a concern don't be afraid to address it. I left the company to grow in the HR field but it is definitely an experience I have carried with me throughout the years.
