Rampant favoritism , employees are not treated equally. Management Hired Based on Who they know rather than what they know. Extreme Micro Management down to the color of your font. Middle Management reviews and edits employee reviews of leadership Cant trust HR , they will share all information. They do not practice their core values Jeff Whiteman is a hands off CEO

Empire is a values based company that cares for people. Yesterday we celebrated with three forty year employees. That tells a story, especially when a forty year employee has tears in his eyes describing his time at Empire. Empire is a Premier Caterpillar dealer respected world wide by Caterpillar people and customers. If you are an "A" player and want to work with the best, try to get on with Empire Southwest.

Cons

Ours is a demanding business full of "A" players. Some very good people cannot work at the pace that our jobs demand. Empire is not for everyone but it is a perfect fit for "A" players who want to make a difference to our Clients.
