No pros about working here. They are not a precision shop. A good machinist will have a hard time going backwards like this shop likes.

Cons

They hire through Aerotek. They will only hire one out ten that Aerotek sends and they fire you with no explanation. I seen them fire a boss and then fire all the guys he hired on. This place is not a place to work and expect a secure job. They will fire you cause you look different.
