A lot of upper management don't understand the job of the mechanics and therefore they often question why we do things the way we do.

Empire is a great company to work for because of the people that work there.

Cons

Like any company, there are opportunities for improvement, but overall a great company. If I had to single out anything it would be the 2-3% of people working there that feel their job isn't to help the team succeed and instead become an obstacle to those trying to take care of the farm.
