Pay in this company is excellent if you know how to rub elbows with the right people and pretend to work.

Cons

Very political organization. No external email for communication. Very strict attendance policy with no give. Working weekends when unnecessary. Termination of employees with no reason and no explanation.

Pros

Pay is great but you have to work hard. the young ownership group (kids) is great and are great people to work for. BPI will always take care of you in a time of need and there are a lot of great people that work at BPI. Sales team has a lot of great people in it and the guys running it are great guys. Great experience and BPI is well known in the industry and very well respected. QA, Sales and Tech Services are the best departments. Overall BPI is a great place to work and has a lot of great people. They also a have a great product that is very well accepted in the industry. There are a lot of incredibly smart people at BPI and they will teach you so much. Overall BPI is great place and i would recommend.

Cons

Even if you are on salary, you still have to use the time clock. You have to have a doctors note if you go to the doctor. Very strict on time attendance and HR will watch like a hawk. A lot of fighting going on between departments. Work life balance is not the greatest.
