Very smart and professional co workers, friendly people, fully remote work situation

Cons

Key management figures kept leaving every few months from directors, to heads of departments to C-suite executives (including the CEO), high likelihood that you will get layed off because it is a very cyclical business.

Great structure, iffy execution

Pros

Interactive training modules to learn about the company and each position you're filling. Good family planning benefits (maternity leave, etc)

Cons

Not great at making hiring decisions internally (ironically enough), lack of leadership. Rigid and disorganized. Bonus incentives are just wishful thinking. Limited opportunity for career growth.
