Awesome and Amazing and Wonderful!
Pros
It is an amazing company, that has changed a lot of lives. People does not see the impact that this company is creating, not only to our associates but to us the EmployBridge employees too. However, I do understand that not everybody has the passion to help others, to make a change and no everyone understands the vision of this company. I have worked for EmployBridge 4 years not, and has been the most Awesome experience ever. They have train me, and gave me the opportunity to grow in so many different ways. Thanks to EmployBridge, my life changed, and I have the opportunity to help other people one job at the time.
Cons
Unfortunately, the downside of this company is not been able to have the right people at our branches. We have people that do not appreciate what they are doing, and the great opportunity that they have. People that only want everything for them, and do not see the impact that they are able to make in this world. It is a shame that we have believe on those people to represent us, and they cannot see beyond their noses.
