      Pros

      There is a lot of freedom to make your own decisions because the manager is rarely around. If there are family needs the manager is understanding and does not give you any grief for taking time off.

      Cons

      Unless you are branch manager or higher you will go nowhere in this company. On the flip side of that good luck moving oit of operations. There is no stabililty within the company because management doesnt reward their operations team and people leave because they see those who do the least receive the most.

      Great Core Values. Great Work/Life Balance. Local Leadership is fantastic in some markets

      Cons

      Over the 5 years I have worked for ProDrivers I have seen them company take a dramatic turn for the worst. They do not seem to care about the employees like they used to. Everyone is now just a number. Upper leadership is non existent. There is no room for advancement. And the pay is horrid. No opportunities for raises either. The quote is "if you want to be paid more, then you need to find more business and get more people working."

      Some of the best reasons to work for Employbridge include the company's values, putting family first, management's ability to think "outside the box", great health, dental and vision insurance plans, plenty of vacation time, and innovative wellness program

      Cons

      To survive at this company you need to work hard and be able to adapt well to change.
