Solid contribution on the HSA

Cons

Lack of consistency in how employees are treated. Definitely looking for "yes" people. If you try to explain to your manager how something works or should work, you are told that things are going to happen their way, then when it fails, you are blamed. No two way dialogue. Ultimately the customers and temporary associates are the ones who suffer.

Pros

Management is weak and it’s easy to get by for months without anyone noticing that you do not know what you were hired to do.

Cons

Weak management that need a major overhaul. After a years worth of RIFs of hardworking and knowledgeable IT employees, there are managers and directors still at the company who have no business doing what their titles say they should know.
