Several senior managers who actually care about your success

Cons

Will make you do a lot more for less Lower pay than average rate for well experienced scrum masters May say no one will be laid off in the new year, but then layoff several people without warning terrible communication from leadership Worst group of project managers I have ever encountered with 0 accountability. Provided a bonus backage, but the company has not paid a quarterly bonus since Quarter 2 of 2023.

Great entry level staffing opportunity. Fun company trips. A great team and management. Learned a lot while I was here!

Cons

You are reinforcing a lot of the mechanisms of poverty by taking the most vulnerable people and putting them into the rotation of short terms gig work. While it is great helping non English speaking people find jobs, placing them at sites that work them 6-7 days a week with 10-12hr shifts at minimum wage doing very hard labor felt very icky. Of course this isn't expressly Employebridges fault but they definitely were beneficiaries of this toxic system. I also experienced one of our placements losing their arm at a worksite which was traumatic. The company didn't offer much to the effected employee nor the recruiting staff who were all deeply effected. Poor folks are the most impacted by workplace injuries and we should have immediately dropped that employer until a complete safety audit was completed.
