Very dynamic structure. Acquisitions happened rapidly and positions were created as quickly as they were eliminated.

Very stressful and demanding job for very little pay. Long hours especially if there is a holiday (I'm talking 11 hour work days). They will change your schedule last minute with no regard to your personal time/responsibilities. Getting PTO approved is difficult as they only let a small number of employees off at a time even though the team is very large. I regret accepting this position.
