      Pros

      ability to have some time off, good with using your vacation time

      Cons

      Have long-term under qualified Sr. Manager who does not understand how to manage people, has anger problems and self-control issues, verbally abusive and morales are questionable.

      Pros

      super flexible with schedules, lots of opportunity, policies are up to date and reasonable

      Cons

      pay raise scale is a little wacky, .25 raise after 90 days, another .25 raise after 180 day, .50 raise after 1 yr and so on. basically only make 1.50 raise after 3 years with company.

      Overlooked and ignored

      Pros

      Family first core value is great. But you can't always take it. Some of the greatest people work there as well. There is also a lot of growth opportunity as there are several different departments within corporate and the field. It's a great staffing company for people who want to settle.

      Cons

      Bad managers. The amazing leaders put bad managers in place and never look back. The pay is not competitive, no matter how much they like to say it is. I'm paid in the lowest percentile of employees with similar titles. I brought it up and was pretty much threatened. So, there is that.
