Pros

There are none that I could find other than the friendliness of the single office staff

Cons

Half way through my 1st day they presented me a different commission package that had a $6000 fast start bonus removed from what was presented 2 weeks prior with the job offer. Current Federal Mileage write-off is $.67/mile, however this company only wants to pay $.585/mile and no vehicle allowance. I was told by my Manager that you are salaried you need 24/7 availability. Overall this is the worst hiring/onboarding/employment experience I have had in my 25+ year sales career. There are no ethics in this company. It's no surprise why they just dislocated 400+ employees.

Pros

Great company. Corporate is amazing.

Cons

Internal office is full of narcissistic women who are a clique and do not like being corrected. Management does not know how to communicate with staff properly. No raises ever.

Pros

EB is a great place to work if you know how to move up in a company. You have to work hard and make noise to get management to notice you. You also have to be open to change, flexible, and in many cases willing to travel or relocate. The company operates all across the United States so while there may be no upward mobility in your area there are always open positions somewhere else. The training, benefits, quarterly raises, quarterly and yearly bonuses, and stable work flow make it perfect for someone looking to have a stable job.

Cons

Communication has always been an issue between senior leadership, management, and the employees. Opportunities abound, but only if you are willing to move or travel to get a new position.

Thanks for the candid feedback, we've grown a ton in the last 2 years and clear communication is a focus as we adjust to new processes and change.
