      Highly compensated large footprint and market share

      Cons

      Employees have become numbers rather than valued as an asset. The past 5 years, there has been a severe downturn in culture and atmosphere and large turnover in many strong leaders and long-term colleagues. The SOC is ever changing and are completely out of touch with the people who actually built and grew the company. Sometimes being the biggest isn't the best.

      The people we work with and for are great

      Cons

      The executive team makes terrible decisions that don't benefit the company or the employees. The C-level positions are all filled with friends of the CEO not the best fit for the position. There is no career advancement within the back office of this company. There are no women nor people of color in any significant position of power.

      constant title changes, today you might be a recruiter tomorrow you'll never know.
