Cons
Employees have become numbers rather than valued as an asset. The past 5 years, there has been a severe downturn in culture and atmosphere and large turnover in many strong leaders and long-term colleagues. The SOC is ever changing and are completely out of touch with the people who actually built and grew the company. Sometimes being the biggest isn't the best.
