Pros

Great culture Hard work is rewarded Above-average benefits Good technology platform Proactive executive team Progressive environment Generous time off

Cons

Not to be a brown nosed, but none so far. I miss working in the office during the pandemic, but the Executive response was swift and agreeable.

Pros

Everyone I had interacted with, regardless of the department, makes themselves available to help answer any questions I had in regards to the software. I was able to learn quickly and get up to speed with the software and expectations by having a great source of communication between everyone. Upper management truly cares about each of the employees and takes time to learn about each individual. They adjust their benefits based on what their employees need and only improve it every time. Development has a collaborative team environment which allows everyone an opportunity to provide their own thoughts and experiences. I especially appreciated the weekly Dev lunches which allowed the team to learn from each other and grow from the diversity of experiences and suggestions. Development team has a great atmosphere. John takes time to meet with each developer and provide feedback when necessary. The meeting also gave you the opportunity to give feedback as well and it was a great open communication and relationship to have. There was flexibility to work from home when needed. Overall there is a great work life balance.

Cons

Parking was a little pricey but that is as expected for Bethesda area.
