Pros

I have been working in this company for over a year now. This is truly one of the best places I have worked in a long time. The COVID related events have reinforced my trust that this is a company that cares deeply about it's employees. Our tenets: * Doing the right thing, not the easy thing * Integrity * Transparency At a time when we keep hearing about lay-offs, it is comforting to know that the company is still hiring and growing.

Cons

I would not call this a con but this company is not the place for people who are rigid in their approaches. This place is a better fit for Fluid personalities and people who do not care for hierarchy and bureaucracy .

Pros

Employee Navigator is truly a great place to work. It is a growing company with a lot of opportunity, everyone has a voice and is encouraged to provide their two cents, and it has a great inclusive work culture. I find the work both interesting and challenging, and I love that there is a strong respect for work/life balance across the company.

Cons

Although its growth provides a lot of opportunity, Employee Navigator is also going through some growing pains as it finds its way to better organize as a larger company. Nothing that causes concern but can present small challenges at times.

Pros

I have always known that Employee Navigator was a special place to work, but the events surrounding COVID-19 reminded me just how special. Our leadership, starting with the CEO, have put our employees, their families and our clients first. Not one person has been laid off or furloughed. We have been given the flexibility to tend to family while working remotely, and have been provided with invaluable information for navigating such unchartered waters. I am truly thankful for all of the caring and support. I have been with Employee Navigator for 12 years and never want to work anywhere else!

Cons

I cannot think of a single thing!
