Pros
I came from a large corporate company where I was just a number. At EN, that is not the case. The executive/management team is incredible and everyone truly cares about each other. The job itself is great for someone who loves to problem solve and wants something different each and every day. I truly feel like my work is appreciated and valued. I plan on staying with the company for many years to come. The PTO is very generous and the pay is fair. It's always a great place if you are looking to grow. Great employees are always moving up and being promoted within the company.
Cons
I am not sure I would call these cons but this job requires someone who is willing to work. The system is complex and there is a lot to learn. You have to want to help yourself when it comes to learning the system. Our training has improved over the last year but you have to want to learn and really pay attention. The system is always changing as well in order to improve so you need to be adaptive to change.
