Pros

Friendly, open work environment. Amiable staff & company. The staff is very driven and focused, but also generous and family orientated. Everyone is serious about their work, however the office culture is also amazing, friendly and fun. The work they are doing is challenging as well as exciting and they treat their employees well.

Cons

none unless you don't like soda or sweets.

Pros

If you're interested in working at a small but rapidly growing software business that is rethinking a couple different industries this is the place. The team gets along really well and is working towards a common set of goals. Management is very transparent and insists that every employee voice their thoughts on what the company should focus on. It's also very rewarding to see how impactful of software is to our partners and clients on a daily basis.

Cons

Like any rapidly growing company there are growing pains. Processes have to be built and adjusted so it's important to be comfortable with a constantly changing environment. You should also be comfortable with a little bit of ambiguity because a lot of what the attempting to accomplished has never been done before.

Pros

Once in a life time opportunity. Hardworking but casual working environment. (We get to wear jeans to work everyday!) The office is full of innovative and forward thinkers and you learn something new everyday.

Cons

We are a fast paced and growing company so you can wear many different hats. Although it can be a lot of work, it is worth every minute to be apart of a product that is growing so rapidly.
