Pros

- You learn a lot and are encouraged to ask questions; Never looked down on wanting to know more - After 1 year, you have the option to have a Hybrid Work Schedule -A lot of wonderful colleagues who are all very kind - Not a 'micro-managey' culture, as long as you know how to do your job and you do it well! When it comes to management, there are really no cons for me - Not hard to get time off/work remotely if need/take a sick day. You don't feel guilty!

Cons

- PTO balance could be a little bit better - The career matrix has been confusing for employees and what to do/how to get promoted has been inconsistent. - The benefits (medical, dental and vision) are not terrible, but they could be better/the network could allow for more

Pros

The culture at Employee Navigator is unlike anyone I've worked before, they care about their employees and it is evident. They are very focused on work/life balance and make a conscious effort to prevent burnout. EN also makes sure that the people they are hiring fit into the culture as well to maintain the healthy and positive work environment making it easy to get out of bed in the morning to go to work! There are many opportunities to grow your career whether or not it's in the Department you were hired for or if you'd like to move into a different Department, that is fully supported as well.

Cons

The Dental insurance is difficult and frustrating to use - I would prefer to not go to the dentist than have to use our current insurance. It feels like changes/decisions are made without thinking of how it may affect all departments across the company and I can see we tend to be more 'reactive' than 'proactive'. The lack of communication between departments can be frustrating as it has caused confusion and misunderstandings
