All employees (especially the CEO) are proactive about helping anyone in any department and encourages employees to voice their constructive criticism regarding the technology and/or otherwise. Leadership makes it a point to define a very healthy work/life balance. Leadership has an open door policy for all employees. The technology is best in class, offers best in class customer support, and is continuously improving/adapting the software as needed while the health insurance industry continuously changes. All employees have an opportunity for growth. New hires are provided a good onboarding program.

Awesome coworkers, a product that constantly improves, and a leadership team that supports and cares for their employees. I always feel like I am being listened to when I have thoughts/ideas. This is a great place to work if you’re looking for a challenging, but rewarding career.
