Superb working environment, there's a strong emphasis on teamwork and supporting one another across all departments. The company is great at recognizing team members who go above and beyond, along with sharing information on major project wins and milestones. Opportunities are available to expand one's knowledge and use it to advance further in their career.

Cons

No cons from me! I feel very supported by those within my department and the company in general. I'm confident in the future outlook of the firm.

A/Z fosters a great culture in which safety and teamwork is #1. They provide great benefits as well as a safe place to work where you are supported by other team members who take pride in what they do. I was a carpenter for many years and owned my own business, when I made the switch to A/Z it was amazing how everyone is motivated to get the work and perform flawlessly. This is a true testament to a culture where everyone owns the company setting a new standard to the term "Employee Owned".

Cons

Cons are a tough one, I would have to say the only Con that comes to mind was the time and degree in which the pre-employment process takes. Due to the work A/Z performs, they require quite a bit of background and testing in order to be considered for a position at A/Z. Hindsight proved that this process works well in finding the right Team member to join the Company and be successful.
