They provide great benefits as well as a safe place to work where you are supported by other team members who take pride in what they do. I was a carpenter for many years and owned my own business, when I made the switch to A/Z it was amazing how everyone is motivated to get the work and perform flawlessly. This is a true testament to a culture where everyone owns the company setting a new standard to the term "Employee Owned".

Cons are a tough one, I would have to say the only Con that comes to mind was the time and degree in which the pre-employment process takes. Due to the work A/Z performs, they require quite a bit of background and testing in order to be considered for a position at A/Z. Hindsight proved that this process works well in finding the right Team member to join the Company and be successful.
