      this is a great company to work for. i worked as a contractor with an agency. although my contract ended i enjoyed my time at this company.

      i did not have any cons. i wish my contract was extended but that was beyond aaon's control

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
