      There are some good people to work with

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Management micro-manages and it’s hard to get things done. Management doesn’t trust the foreman to supervise employees so they get in the weeds and stay in the weeds. Also, communication from the top was good, but other upper level communication was one way.

      Cons

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
