Pros
Hour s are good. 3x 12hr shifts and 1x8hr shift. Probably time is also good. If your over 55 the 401k can't be beat. 125% matching. If your younger takes 6 years to get up to 125%
Cons
2x10 minute breaks and 1x30 lunch (unpaid). No temperature control freeze in winter burn in summer. Change your schedule with little or no notice. Treat the people who have been here and train the new crew like they are easily replaced. New hires get payed higher and get more perks (stock option) than current employees. Sometimes they post jobs other times they just give it to whomever the choose.
